兔内毒素葡萄膜炎一氧化氮的改变及氨基胍的抑制作用

摘    要:目的观察一氧化氮(nitricoxide,NO)在葡萄膜炎房水及玻璃体中的变化及使用氨基胍(aminoguanidine,Ag)的治疗效果。方法采用兔眼玻璃体内注射内毒素脂多糖(Lipopolysaccharide,LPS为葡萄膜炎模型,以房水蛋白浓度、细胞数目和病理方法测定炎症程度,同时检测房水及玻璃体中NO的变化,考察氨基胍的治疗效果。结果葡萄膜炎房水及玻璃体中NO显著增高,使用氨基胍抑制NO的同时也抑制了葡萄膜炎的发展。结论NO参与了葡萄膜炎的病理过程,氨基胍可抑制葡萄膜炎的发展。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the change of NO in the aqueous and vitreous humors in uveitis and the effects of Ag .Methods Uveitis was induced in rabbits with injection LPS into vitreous cavity.Ocular inflammation was evaluated by measuring protein concentration and cell number in the aqueous humors and by histopathologic examination.NO production concentration was measured in the same time.The effects were evaluated when Ag was used at various times.Results NO production level in aque-ous and vitreous humor increased significantly in uveitis.Ocular inflammation was inhibited when Ag was used.Conclusion NO takes part in the pathogenenious of uveitis.The development of uveitis is inhib-ited when Ag is used.
