| 摘 要： | 通过分析《金匮要略》中“疼痛”的病因病机和治疗方法，揭示仲景对疼痛的辨治规律。《金匮》中涉及“痛”或“疼”的条文，总计九九条。所述疼痛涉及的病因有湿阻、寒凝、气滞、血瘀、热灼、失养等，病机为“不通则痛”和“不荣则痛”。《金匮》治疗疼痛，谨守病机，很少见痛止痛；疼痛剧烈时，才适当加入止痛药，以缓病情之急。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the causes,pathogenesis and treatment of pain in the book Synopsis of Golden Chamber.A total of 99 items are involved.It is believed that pain results from blockage and malnourishment due to dampness obstruction,cold accumulation,qi stagnation,blood stasis,heat factor,the treatment is prescribed according to the causes and pathogenesis,and pain-killing medicines are given in the case of severe pain. |
