| 摘 要： | 目的：了解综合性医院护士锐器伤的发生情况及护士对锐器伤的认知。方法：采用方便抽样法，对某三级甲等综合性医院的500名在岗护理人员进行问卷调查。结果：76．20％的护士发生过针刺伤，64．40％的针刺伤是由注射针头的相关操作引起，47．56％的护士知道伤后正确的处理流程。结论：护士锐器伤普遍存在，注射针头是造成锐器伤的主要医疗器械，护士的职业防护意识亟待提高。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the condition and cognition of sharp injuries among nurses in a general hospital. Methods: Five hundred nurses were surveyed by self-designed questionnaire. Results: 76.2% nurses had encountered sharp injuries in clinical practice, 64.40% of which were related to disposed needles. Only 47.56% of nurses knew how to deal with sharp injuries.
