螺旋CT高分辨扫描对周围型小肺癌的诊断价值

目的：分析周围型小肺癌在螺旋CT高分辨（HRCT）扫描中的CT图像特征，以提高其诊断准确率。方法：收集1996年1月－2002年6月继螺旋CT诊断，临床病理或随访证实的周围型小肺癌56例进行回顾性分析。结果：周围型小肺癌的主要CT征象有：分叶征45例，边缘细短毛刺征40例，空泡征和（或）空气支气管征29例；次要CT征象有：血管支气管集束征23例，胸膜凹陷征22例，胸膜尾征11例，蜂窝征3例，磨玻璃征2例。结论：螺旋CT高分辨扫描能够清晰显示周围型小肺癌的形态、边缘、密度及其与邻近组织的关系，在周围型小肺癌的诊断中有重要价值。

The Diagnostic Value of High Resolution Scan of Spiral CT in Peripheral Small Lung Carcinoma

Objective:To analyse the CT features of high resolution scan of spiral CT in Peripheral small lung carcinoma (PSLC),so that to improve the CT diagnostic accuracy rate.Methods:We investigated retrospectively the data of the 56 cases with PSLC which were proved by clinical patholohy or followed up with CT.Results:CT major findings of PSLC included lobulations in 45,slender and short spiculation in 40,vacuole and/or bronchiologram in 29;CT affiliated findings included bronchovascular bundles in 23,bleural tags in 22,pleural ends in 11.Conclusion:High resolution scan of spiral CT can clearly display the shape?edge?density of PSLC and anatomy relation with its neighbor,it is of important value in the diagnosis of PSLC.
