| 摘 要： | 目的：分析胰腺病变的多种ＣＴ特征。方法：回顾性分析２９例经手术与病理症实的胰腺肿瘤和１７例急慢性胰腺炎随访病例的ＣＴ图像和临床有关资料。结果；胰腺病变除引起腺局灶性或弥漫性体积增大和ＣＴ值异常等直接征象外，还有多种胰周间接证象。结论：增强ＣＴ扫描和采用低张口服清水作为对经经腺体病变的鉴别诊断中具有重要价值。

| Abstract: | To analyse the imaging features of CT in the pancreatic lesions. Methods: Reviewing and analyzing CT images of 29 cases of pancreatic masses were provde by operation and biopsy and CT images of 17 cases following visit in pancreatic lesions, include some clinical data also. Results: In the various pancreatic lesions. there were direct features whoes volume by localized or diffuse enlargement and its CT value was increased. In addition. there were many indirect features. Conclusion: Before CT scan of intravenous bolus injection of contrast medium. it is drinked water and dilated the stomach with duodenum together that plays an important role in diagnosis of pancreatic lesions |
