摘    要:应用GFAP及Vimentin(ABC法)对74例星形细胞瘤进行了免疫组织化学研究。发现所有肿瘤均有GFAP及Vimentin两种中间丝蛋白。GFAP阳性细胞数与组织学分级呈负相关,而Vimentin与组织学分级无明显关系。V/G值R可以说明星形细胞瘤的分化程度。GFAP及Vimentin有两种显色类型,即核周型与胞浆突起型,显色类型与组织学类型有关,而与组织学分级无关。GFAP的阳性细胞数与细胞密度呈负相关。Rosenthal纤维中心轴GFAP阴性,边缘部分则强阳性。

Abstract:74 cases of human astrocytomas have been studied with ABC method, which is a kind of immunohistochemical technique, to show GPAP and Vimentin. We found that all of the astromas contained two different intermediate filament proteins: GFAP and Vimentin. There is a negative correlation between the degree of anaplasia and the number of GFAP-positive cells, but no evident of the relationship between the degree of anaplasia and the number of Vimentin positive ceils, The ratio of V/ G might express the histological diferentiation of astroma. To show GFAP and Vimentin, in general, there are two patterns of immunostaining: one with intense perikaryon staining and the other prominent staining of cell process-ses. Both staining patterns are closely related to histological type but not to histological grade. There is another negative correlation between cell density and the number of GFAP positive cells. The Rosenthal fibers stained at the periphery and the central portion remaind unstained.
