有氧运动综合干预对单纯性肥胖儿童血脂水平的影响

目的评估有氧运动综合干预措施对单纯性肥胖儿童血脂水平的影响。方法采用有氧运动综合干预措施对50例单纯性肥胖儿童进行饮食、运动、教育联合干预治疗1年后,测定干预前后身高、体重、体质指数、血压及血脂水平变化。结果干预后肥胖儿童的体重、体质指数、收缩压、舒张压降低(P0.01);三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和载脂蛋白B100水平较干预前均明显降低(P0.01或P0.05);高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和载脂蛋白A-I较干预前明显升高(P0.05)。结论有氧运动综合干预措施能有效降低单纯性肥胖儿童的体重和体质指数,改善血脂水平,起到调节内分泌代谢的作用。

Effects of the comprehensive aerobic exercise intervention on lipid levels of children with simple obesity

Objective To evaluate the effects of the comprehensive aerobic exercise intervention on the lipid levels of children with simple obesity. Methods Fifty children with simple obesity received the comprehensive aerobic exercise intervention, integrating exercise, diet intervention, and health education. Before and after 1 year intervention, height, weight, BMI, blood pressure, and lipid levels were collected and compared to evaluate the effects. Results After intervention, the levels of weight, BMI, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, triglyceride, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, and apolipoprotein B100 were significantly lower than before（ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ） ,while the levels of high- density lipoprotein and apolipoprotein A- Ⅰ were significantly higher than before （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The comprehensive intervention of aerobic exercise can effectively reduce weight and BMI, change blood lipid levels,whlch plays a role in regulation of endocrinology and metabolism.
