| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨新辅助化疗在局部晚期乳腺癌治疗中的应用。方法:回顾性分析32例局部晚期乳腺癌患者进行新辅 助化疗的临床资料。结果:32例患者中30例经辅助化疗后病情缓解,可以手术。结论:大多数局部晚期乳腺癌患者可以在2~3个 疗程的新辅助化疗后病情缓解便于手术治疗,从而改善预后。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced breast cancer. Methods: 32 patients with locally advanced breast cancer treated by neoadjuvant chemotherapy were reviewed retrospectively. Results: After neoadjuvant chemotherapy, 30 patients got partial response and some of the primary inoperable lesions became vespectable. Conclusion: It can make operation more easily for the locally advanced breast cancer patients after 2 to 3 courses of neoadjuvant chemotherapy and get a better prognosis. |
