磁共振水成像技术的临床应用

摘    要:目的评价磁共振水成像技术(magnetic resonance hydrography,MRH)在临床诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾分析300例成功进行磁共振胰胆管、椎管和泌尿系水成像检查的病例,均采用重T2技术配合脂肪抑制及预饱和技术,使用感兴趣区重建技术进行三维重建,对三维图像做最大强度投影,进行多角度观察。结果随着检查目的不同,磁共振水成像技术对各器官的显示也有所不同。本组磁共振胰胆管、椎管和泌尿系水成像的阳性率分别为88.5%、74.3%和89.7%。结论磁共振水成像技术对胰胆管、椎管和泌尿系等含水器官的病变可清晰显示,通过对其形态的观察,可以对病变进行定位或定性的诊断,同时结合MR平扫及增强检查,诊断将更为准确。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the value of clinical application of magnetic resonance hydrography(MRH).Methods Three hundred cases that performed MRH successfully were reviewed and analyzed.In all cases,heavy T_2-weighted MRH was introduced with fat-suppression and presaturation,then 3D rebuilt by region of interest(ROI),the resulting slices were projected into a composite image using a standard maximum intensity projection(MIP),and observed multiangular.Results The display of various organs differed in the aim of examination.The positive ratio was 88.5% in bile duct and pancreatic duct,74.3% in intraspinal space,89.7% in urinary system.Conclusion MRH can demonstrate the diseases of bile duct, pancreatic duct,intraspinal space and urinary system,diagnose the location and character of the diseases by observing the shape,and the diagnosis is more accurate combining the common and contrast scanning.
