| 摘 要： | 目的:对高效液相色谱法测定苦参碱注射液含量的方法进行研究.方法:色谱条件:C18柱,流动相为1000ml水加2.0ml三乙胺,以磷酸准确调整pH值至3.2-乙腈(96:4);检测波长为210nm.结果:该方法的回收率为99.6%(RSD=1.3%n=6).结论:该方法操作简便,快捷,重现性好,可作为苦参碱注射液的含量测定方法.

| Abstract: | Objective: A method was developed for the determination of Matrine Injection by HPLC.Method: The chromatographic conditions were C18 column,1000ml of water with 2.0ml of triethylamine,adjust pH value to 3.2 with phosphoric acid-acetonitrile(96:4).The detection wavelength was 210nm.Result: The recovery of the method was 99.6%,RSD1.3%(n=7).Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid,accurate and precise,which can be used for the assay of the injection. |
