高效灭蟑药饵现场大面积防制德国小蠊效果观察

目的　观察高效灭蟑药饵现场大面积防制德国小蠊效果。方法　在 48个单位面积约 13万m2 范围内 ,用高效灭蟑药饵按 1～ 2 g/m2 施放于缝隙、橱柜、抽屉、货架、灶台下等德国小蠊栖息活动处 ,首次施药 1周内全面检查 1次 ,以后每月检查 1～ 2次 ,视药物消耗和蜚蠊情况适当补充毒饵 ,观察 1年。结果　施药后 1周德国小蠊密度明显下降 ,下降率在 95 .2 1%～ 96.48%之间 ,6个月后下降率为 99.2 2 %～ 10 0 .0 0 %,防制后 1年下降率仍高达 99.2 2 %以上 ,侵害率从 5 3 .5 4%降至 1.44 %,阳性房间密度指数从 19.63只 /间降到 1.74只 /间。结论　高效灭蟑药饵具有使用方便 ,不污染环境 ,杀灭率高 ,防制效果佳等优点 ,适于大面积防制德国小蠊

The Efficacy of Toxic Bait for Blattella germanica Control in the Urban Area of Foshan

Objective To evaluation the efficacy of a toxic bait for Blattella germanica control in 48 restaurants and hotels in the urban area of Foshan.Methods The toxic bait was applied on the surface and crack of potential harborage sites in the restaurants and hotels at the dosage of 1-2 g/m 2 , and then the toxic bait was renewed if the cockroach recurred or the bait was used up after 1-2 months treatment until 1 year. Results The reduction rate of cockroach density were maintained between 95.21%- 99.22% after the toxic bait application on the field for 1 year. The infection rate of cockroach of the post treatment reduced to 1.44% from 53.54% of the pre treatment.Conclusion The study clearly indicated that the toxic bait was high effective for German cockroach control in the restaurants and hotels in the urban area of Foshan, and the application was convenient, and under beneficial environmental considerations.
