摘    要:目的:建立以高效液相色谱法同时测定林可霉素利多卡因凝胶中林可霉素和利多卡因含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Phe-nomsil-C18,流动相为四丁基氢氧化铵溶液-甲醇(82∶18),流速为0.7mL.min-1,检测波长为214nm,柱温为室温。结果:林可霉素与利多卡因的线性范围分别为50.0~400.0(r=0.9994)、40.0~320.0(r=0.9996)μg.mL-1;平均加样回收率分别为99.47%(RSD=1.59%)、99.14%(RSD=1.39%)。结论:本方法操作简便,结果准确、可靠,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of lincomycin and lidocaine in hydrochloride and lidocaine gel.METHODS:The determination was performed on Phenomsil-C18 column with column temperature at room temperature.The mobile phase consists of tetrabutyl ammonium hydroxide-methanol(82∶18)with a flow rate of 0.7mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 214nm.RESULTS:The linear ranges of lincomycin and lidocaine were 50.0~400.0μg·mL-1(r=0.999 4)and 40.0~320.0μg·mL-1(r=0.999 6),respectively,and their average sample recoveries were 99.47%(RSD=1.59%)and 99.14%(RSD=1.39%),respectively.CONCLUSION:The method is simple in operation,accurate and reliable in results,and it can be used for the quality control of the hydrochloride and lidocaine gel.
