CT对食管癌手术可切除性的临床评估

目的　比较计算机断层扫描 (CT)和传统临床分期判断食管癌手术可切除性的临床价值。方法　 5 8例食管癌患者 ,术前均经CT检查并进行CT分期 ,CT分期和传统临床分期结果分别与手术病理分期比较。结果　传统临床分期准确率仅为 41 4%,CT对肿瘤浸润程度、局部淋巴结受累及PTNM分期的准确率分别为 62 1%、81 4%、79 3 %。结论　食管癌传统分期方法准确性欠佳 ,CT能明确显著的肿瘤外浸及局部淋巴结转移 ,并能排除远处转移 ,是判断食管肿瘤能否切除的最佳手段

CT Evaluation on the Resectable Possibility of Esophageal Cancer

Objective To compare the differences of guide values to remove esophageal carcinoma between computer tomography (CT) and traditional clinical staging Methods All 58 patients with esophageal carcinoma were staged by the results of CT examination The staging of CT was compared with the traditional clinical staging and pathological staging Results The rate of accurate staging by traditional clinical method was only 41 4% The correct rates of tumor infiltration extent, regional node invasion and PTNM by CT staging were 62 1%, 81 4% and 79 3% respectively Conclusions The staging by CT had relative high correct rate and surpassed traditional clinical method in judging tumor metastasis and regional nodes invasion The staging by CT is one of the best evaluation methods of esophageal carcinoma staging
