| 摘 要： | 目的探讨棘突旁小切口手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法应用棘突旁小切口入路，手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症39例，通过回顾性分析，评价疗效。结果38例顺利实施手术，1例扩大切口。术后随访1—2年，平均1．3年，根据Macnab改良的疗效评定标准，优33例（84．6％），良5例（12．8％），总优良率97．4％。结论该方法手术切口小，创伤小，失血少，对脊柱稳定性影响小，很少遗留慢性腰痛症状，具有实施简便、安全可行的优点。
