摘    要:目的探讨经皮附睾精子抽吸术(percutaneous epididymal sperm aspiration,PESA)结合卵胞质内单精子显微注射(intracyto-plasmic sperm injection,ICSI)治疗梗阻性无精子症的临床疗效。方法 2005年1月至2008年12月间对42例无精子症患者采用PESA方法进行检测,24例患者附睾液中检出活动精子,其中10例患者采用附睾精子进行了14个周期PESA-ICSI治疗。结果梗阻性无精子症PESA-ICSI组与严重少、弱、畸形精子症或受精障碍者ICSI组的受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率、种植率和临床妊娠率分别为82.1%vs79.0%、87.4%vs96.9%、58.7%vs39.0%、16.1vs19.2%和28.6%vs33.3%,经统计学分析,以上指标差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论 PESA-ICSI方法是治疗梗阻性无精子症的有效方法。
