| 摘 要： | 用自身血清及小鼠血清以酵母花环法检测了20名健康人红细胞免疫功能。结果发现自身血清致敏酵母R—C_3bR花环率(19.89±4.45)明显高于灭活自身血清致敏酵母R—C_3bR花环率(5.01±2.27),有非常显著差异(P<0.01),表明补体与RCIA密切相关。酵母花环法用小鼠血清恐不能确切地应补体缺乏个体的红细胞免疫状态,自身血清可能是较理想的补体源。本文还提出,用R—C_3bR花环率与R一IC花环率之和作为红细胞免疫功能的评价指标,较单用R—C_3bR花环率一个值更为准确,还对红细胞免疫功能低下的分类进行了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | Erythrocytes from 20 normal subjects were studied in vitro for examination of red cell immune adherence (RCIA) activity by yeast ro- sette test. The R-C_3bR rosette forming percentage detected with autologus serum was significantly higher than that with inactivated autologus serum (P<0.01). This result shows that the RCIA activity is closely related to the presence of complement and that the autologus serum may be an ideal complement source. We also propose that the assessing index of red cell immune function should be expressed as the sum of the two percentages, RC_3bR and R-IC, instead of rosette percentage of R-C_3bR alone. |
