计算机X线成像技术的窗宽窗位的应用

摘    要:目的 :探索计算机 X线成像技术窗宽窗位的基本参数。材料与方法 :本组采集 10 0 0例 ,其中胸部 2 0 0例 ,腰部 2 0 0例 ,颈部 2 0 0例 ,腹部 2 0 0例 ,小腿 2 0 0例。采集 CR机器为 FU JIFIL M FCR XG- 1。应用软件为上海青蓝科技有限责任公司 Surpass Archive,打印机为 FU JIFIL M DRYPIX30 0 0。胶片质量评估标准为 X线甲片标准。结果 :胸片窗宽 36 0 2± 4 2 6 ,窗位 12 91± 14 6。腰部窗宽 2 880± 36 7,窗位 12 0 0± 182。颈部窗宽 2 4 80± 312 ,窗位 1399± 14 5。腹部窗宽 2 2 2 1± 4 5 4 ,窗位 893± 14 2。小腿窗宽 2 4 16± 30 4 ,窗位 15 2 8± 16 2。结论 :适当的窗宽窗位可以显示影像不同层次的感兴趣区 ,获得更多的临床诊断信息。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the basic parameters of window width and window level of computed radiography technology. Materials and Methods 1 000 Cases including 200 cases of chest,200 cases of waist,200 cases of neck,200 cases of abdomen and 200 cases of calf. All were examined by the machine of FujiFilm FCR XG-1. The application is Surpass Archire of ShangHai Surpass Technology co.,Ltd. The printer is FujiFilm DRY PIX 3000.Radiogragh quality evaluation tally with the standard of X-ray first rate. Results Window width of chest is 3 602±426 and the window level is 1 291±146, window width of waist is 2 880±367 and the window level is 1200±182 ,window width of neck is 2 480± 312 and the window level is 1 399±145 ,window width of abdomen is 2 221±454 and the window level is 893±142, window width of calf is 2 416±304 and the window level is 1 528±162. Conclusion The proper window width and window level can display the different level of the Reign Of Interesting(ROI) of the image ,and can acquire more information for clinical diagnoses.
