| Abstract: | Application and progress on the extraction process of traditional Chinese medicine with enzymatic method.This paper summarized the application of enzymatic method to the extraction of the Chinese traditional medicine. The enzymolysis mechanism, extraction process and application of enzymatic method to extraction of the effective components of amylose, flavone, saponin were demonstrated. The existing problems on the application of enzymatic method to the extraction process of the traditional Chinese medicine were discussed and the prospect was illuminated. |
