摘    要:目的:建立人涎腺腺样囊性癌嗜神经侵袭的动物模型,为研究腺样囊性癌在不同部位嗜神经侵袭的发生发展提供实验依据和条件。方法:将人涎腺腺样囊性癌肺高转移癌Acc—M细胞系接种于裸鼠臀部肌肉内及面后部皮下,分别于接种后7d,10d,16d,20d,28d 36d及动物自行死亡时用HE染色观察坐骨神经及面神经受肿瘤侵袭的对比情况,并同时观察肺转移情况。结果:面神经组荷瘤率为82.1%,神经侵袭率为17、9%,.未发现功能障碍:而坐骨神经组荷瘤率为71、4%,神经侵袭率为53.6%,出现功能障碍率10.7%,均未见肺转移。结论:该模型是研究人涎腺腺样囊性癌嗜神经侵袭的良好模型,为研究嗜神经侵袭机制及探索新的治疗途径提供了一个极为有用的工具。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a neural invasion model of human salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma in different position of nude mice. Method:Human salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma line Acc-M cells were injected into intramusculary of one lateral croup and subcutaneous tissue of one lateral face posterior part. process of tumour growth and correlation of neural invasion between the sciatic nerve and the facial nerve were observed and pulmonary metastasis were examined by hematoxylin-cosin staining method. 7,10,16,20,28,36 days after cancer cell in jection or at animal dying time. Result:Sciatic nerve group developed bearing cancer71. 4% (20 / 28), neural invasion 53.6% (15 / 28) and functional disturbance 10. 7 % (3 / 28) in nude mice, whereas the facial neural group developed bearing cancer 82. 1% (23/28), neural invasion 17. 9% (5 / 28) and not detected functional disturbance in nude mice, but pulmonary metastasis weren't found in all nude mice. Conclusion:This model is a good neural invasion model of human salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma, it should be useful to investigate the mechanisms of neural invasion and develop a new therapeutic approach for human salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma.
