| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的临床病理特征及鉴别诊断.方法对10例肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤进行HE染色,光镜观查,其中7例进行免疫组化(S-P法)染色. 结果肿瘤组织学形态示畸形血管,平滑肌细胞,脂肪组织以不同比例出现,其中4例可见异型增生的上皮样平滑肌细胞.免疫组化:梭形及上皮样平滑肌细胞都特征性表达HMB45,SMA. HMB45的表达强度与平滑肌细胞的上皮样分化,细胞核的异型度成正比. 结论免疫标记物HMB45、SMA的联合应用在该病的鉴别诊断中具有重要价值.

| Abstract: | Aim To investigate the clinical pathological features and differential diagnosis of renal angiomyolipoma(AML).Methods 10 cases of AML were studied by using HE staining,of which 7 cases were also studied by using immunohistochemistry(S-P method).Result Histologically,the tumor showed three tissue components of blood vessels,smooth muscle cells and fat cells in varied proportion.There were atypical epithelioid smooth muscle cells in 4 cases.Immunohistochemically,both spindle and epithelioid smooth muscle cells were characteristically positive for HMB-45 and SMA,and the HMB-45 is usually stronger in epithelioid and pleomorphic smooth muscle cells.ConclusionImmunohistochemical stains may elucidate the correct diagnosis. |
