| 摘 要： | 目的观察布比卡因注射治疗电光性眼炎的临床疗效。方法对128例(256眼)重症电光性眼炎行球结膜下注射布比卡因治疗,并观察其疗效。结果42.97%的患者24 h内症状消失,57.03%的患者72 h内症状消失,未出现并发症。结论布比卡因为治疗电光性眼炎的有效办法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of bupivacaine hydrochloride on corneal healing of electric ophthalmitis. MethodsA total of 128 severe electric ophthslmitis cases were treated with Bupivacaine hydrochloride bulbar conjunctiva injection Results The symptom of 42.97% patients were eliminated in 24 hours,57.3% patients were healed in 72 hours,There was no complication in any case. Conclusion Bupivacaine hydrochloride injection is valid on corneal healing of ophthalmitis. |
