| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨25I粒子近距离照射治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤的临床价值.方法 采用CT或B超引导经皮穿刺植入和术中植入法治疗35例恶性肿瘤患者.结果 术后有效率85.71%,患者肿块明显缩小,临床症状明显改善,并发症少,生存期延长,无手术相关性死亡.结论 125I粒子近距离照射治疗恶性肿瘤,能缓解疼痛,改善患者的生活质量.是一种合理、安全、有效治疗方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical siginificance of radioactive ^125I particle interstitial hrachytherapy for malignant tumors. Methods 30 patients endured the B-uhrasound or CT guided percutaneous implantation brachytherapy and intraoperative brachytherapy techniques to treat the malignant tumors. Results after the brachtherapy, the effective rate was 58.71%, the tumor size diminished gradually, the clinical symptoms were improved operative complications were slight, the longer survival time, no operation related death. Conclusions Radioactive ^125I particle interstitial brachytherapy for malignant tumors can relieve pain and improve life quality, is an advontageous, effective and safe method. |
