某医院护士职业紧张和职业心理相关回归分析

目的：探讨影响护士心理健康的职业紧张和职业心理因素，为提高护士的心理健康水平提供科学依据。方法：采取职业紧张与职业心理测量问卷和症状自评量表（SCL-90）对某医院545名护士进行调查，对获得的数据进行相关与逐步回归分析。结果：与护士SCL-90呈负相关的因子是心理满足、信心充足、心情平静和工作满意感（P〈0．01）；呈正相关的因子是工作冲突、心理需求、物理环境、工作危险、工作负荷、工作前景、缺乏提升机会、缺乏参与机会、缺乏社会支持（P〈0．05）。引入逐步回归方程的6个因素为心理满足、信心充足、工作危险、心情平静、缺乏社会支持和工作满意感。结论：影响护士心理健康的职业因素是多方面的，主要因素为心理满足、信心充足、工作危险、心情平静、缺乏社会支持和工作满意感。

RELATION BETWEEN OCCUPATIONAL STRESS AND PSYCHOLOGY IN NURSES

Objective:To investigate into factors of occupational stress and psychology effecting symptoms of SCL-90 in nurses for offering basis to protect their mental health.Methods:545 nurses were investigated with occupational stress and psychology instruments of symptom check list-90(SCL-90).The data were analyzed statistically.Results:The factors with an obviously negative correlation of SCL-90 were contentment,resilience,peace of mind and job satisfaction.The factors with an obviously positive correlation of SCL-90 were conflict in work,mental load,physical environment,job hazards,work load,job future ambiguity,advancement,participation and social support.The data of multiple linear regression showed that contentment,resilience,job hazards,peace of mind,social support and job satisfaction affected SCL-90 of nurses.Conclusion:There were many factors of occupational stress and psychology which affecting symptoms of SCL-90 in nurses.Contentment,resilience,job hazards,peace of mind,social support and job satisfaction were main factors which affected symptoms of SCL-90 in nurses.
