电视胸腔镜手术治疗自发性气胸52例

目的总结电视胸腔镜手术（VATS）治疗自发性气胸的经验。方法回顾性分析52例自发性气胸胸腔镜手术的临床资料,并与常规开胸手术治疗该病45例的临床资料进行比较,观察其手术时间、术中出血量、拔胸管时间、住院天数等指标。结果全组无死亡病例;胸腔镜组与开胸手术组平均手术时间分别为55 min、95 min;平均术中出血量为120 ml、200 ml;胸腔引流管放置时间平均2.5 d、4 d;平均住院时间7 d、10 d。两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论电视胸腔镜手术（VATS）治疗自发性气胸创伤小、痛苦轻、恢复快、手术并发症少、住院时间短。

52 cases spontaneous pneumothorax treated by video-assisted thoracoscope surgery

Objective To investigate the clinical application of minimally invasive video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery for treating spontaneous pneumothorax.Methods The clinical data of 52 cases spontaneous pneumothorax treated by minimally invasive video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery was compared with that of 45 cases of spontaneous pneumothorax treated by traditional surgery.Results all cases were cured,no death,no recurrence of pneumothorax was found.The mean operation time of the treatment group and the control group was 55 min、95 min,the mean blood loss during operation 120ml、200ml,the chest tube withdraw 2.5 days、4 days,the average hospital stay 7 days、10 days.There were statistical significances between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion The video-assisted thoracoscope surgery for treating spontaneous pneamothorax have some advantages with decreasing traumatic,fast recovery,less compilcations and shorter hospital stay.
