| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨冠心丹参滴丸对冠心病初发型心绞痛患者血浆内皮素和P选择素浓度的影响。方法 将冠心丹参滴丸对冠心病初发型心绞痛患者分为试验组和对照组,分别在常规治疗基础上加用或不加用冠心丹参滴丸,测定用药前后血浆内皮素和P选择素浓度。结果 试验组内皮素和P选择素浓度比对照组显著降低(均P<0.05)。结论冠心丹参滴丸可降低冠心病初发型心绞痛患者血浆内皮素和P选择素浓度。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effects of coronary danshen dropping pill(CDPP)onendothelin(ET)and P-selectin(PS)in patients with initial angina.Methods 70 patients with initialangina were randonmized into two groups:experiment group and control group.Both groups of patients weretreated with the same ordinary methods.But CDPP was administered in the experiment group.The period oftreatment was 30 days.The levels of the two biochemical makers in 70cases were measured before and aftertreatment.Result The levels of ET and PS in experiment group were significiently lower than those inthe control group.Conclution CDPP can be used to reduce the levels of ET and PS in patients withinitial angina. |
