加替沙星治疗泌尿生殖系统感染的临床评价

目的 :评价加替沙星治疗泌尿生殖系统感染的临床疗效和安全性。方法 :采用病例对照研究的方法 ,将84例病人随机分为治疗组和对照组。其中治疗组 4 5例 ,给予加替沙星注射液 0 4g ,静滴 ,每日 1次 ;对照组 39例 ,给予左氧氟沙星注射液 0 2g ,静滴 ,每日 2次。疗程均为 7～ 14天 ,观察临床疗效及不良反应。结果 :治疗组和对照组的临床有效率分别为 91 1%和 89 7%无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;细菌清除率分别为 93 8%和 74 5 %有显著差异(P <0 0 5 ) ;不良反应发生率分别为 8 9%和 10 2 % ,无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :加替沙星注射液能安全、有效地治疗泌尿生殖系统感染。

Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Gatifloxacin in the Treatment of Urogenital System Infection

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of gatifloxacin in the treatment of urogenital system infection. Methods:84 Patients were randomly divided into two groups(45 in treatment group and 39 in control group). Patients in treatment group were given gatifloxacin 0.4 g,iv drip,qd,for 7-14 days and patients in control group were given levofloxacin 0.2 g,iv drip,bid,for 7-14days. Results: Clinical effective rate was 91.1% in treatment group compared with 89.7% in control group and there was no statistical significance between the two groups( P >0.05). The bacterial clearance rates were 93.8% and 74.5% respectively and there was statistical significance between the two groups( P <0.05). Adverse drug reaction rates were 8.9% and 10.2% respectively and there was no statistical significance between the two groups ( P >0.05). Conclusion: The result suggested that gatifloxacin was an effective and safe antibacterial drug in the treatment of urogenital system infection.
