| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨羟基磷灰石义眼台（HA）一期植入的方法,如何减少植入物暴露的临床措施.方法 应用自体巩膜花瓣状成形、眼球内视神经剪断的方法包裹HA一期植入.结果 本组26例HA一期植入术后均达到良好效果.随访4～23月无义眼台脱出或移位现象,也未出现异常眼眶炎症反应.结论 本术式临床疗效良好,并发症少,术后义眼座活动度好.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the method to avoid the exposure of hydroxyapatite(HA). Methods The HA was enclosed by self sclera and implanted into the orbital muscle cone. Results 26 cases were treated with this method in the primary surgery and get good results.After 4-23 months follow-up,there was no immigration,exposure and inflammation in all cases. Conclusions This improved method has few complication and good clinical results. |
