| 摘 要： | 目的探讨表皮生长因子受体（EGFR）在非小细胞肺癌组织和癌旁正常肺组织中表达的临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP三步法检测100例非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）及与其相对应的100例癌旁正常肺组织中EGFR的表达,并分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果 EGFR在肺癌组织中明显高于在癌旁正常肺组织中的表达,且差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。EGFR的表达与肺癌组织的分化程度、有/无淋巴结转移及组织类型无关。结论 EGFR的高表达与NSCLC的发生发展有着密切的关系,EGFR的表达与NSCLC患者临床病理特征无关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of EGFR in non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC） tissuesand human normal lung tissues,and to explore its clinical significance.Methods The immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expressions of EGFR in 100 cases of NSCLC and 100 cases of paracancerous normal lung tissues.Its correlations with pathological grades,clinical stage,and lymphnode metastasis of lung cancer were statistically analyzed.Results The expression of EGFR in NSCLC tissues was significantly higher those of normal control.Conclusion The high expression of EGFR in NSCLC plays an important role in the occurrence and development of human lung cancer.But there are no correlations with its clinical significance. |
