非小细胞肺癌LRP、c-erbB-2蛋白表达与辅助化疗疗效相关性的研究

目的:研究非小细胞肺癌肺耐药相关蛋白(LRP)、c-erbB-2蛋白表达与辅助化疗疗效之间的相关性。方法:收集61例非小细胞肺癌的病理标本,通过免疫组化检测LRP、c-erbB-2的表达,61例患者均接受4～6个周期化疗,其中19例采用MVP(MMC加VDS加DDP)方案,17例采用NP(NVB加DDP)方案,25例采用TP(TXL加DDP)方案,对疗效与免疫组化结果进行统计学处理。结果:化疗前LRP表达阳性者的化疗有效率为35.29%,与阴性者(为77.78%)相比具有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。化疗前c-erbB-2蛋白表达阳性者的化疗有效率为38.93%,与阴性者(为62.50%)相比也具有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:在肺癌的辅助化疗中,LRP、c-erbB-2蛋白的表达与疗效有着重要的关联,在化疗之前对LRP及c-erbB-2蛋白的检测有助于预测化疗疗效及预后。

Correlation between the expression of LRP and c-erbB-2 and adjuvant chemotherapy in non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To study the relation between the expression of LRP and c-erbB-2 and adjuvant chemotherapy in non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods 61 samples of NSCLC were collected to detect the expression of LRP and c-erbB-2 using immunohistochemistry.And 61 patients all received 4 or 6 cycles of chemotherapy,among whom 19 received MMC VDS DDP,17 NVB DDP,25 TXL DDP.Results The effectiveness of those with positive LRP before chemo-therapy was 35.29%,lower than 77.78% of those with negative LRP which was.The effectiveness for c-erbB-2 positive patients before chemotherapy was 38.93%,lower than 62.50% for the c-erbB-2 negative patients.Conclusion The expressions of LRP and c-erbB-2 are closely correlated with the effect in adjuvant chemotherapy.The detection of the expression of LRP and c-erbB-2 before chemotherapy can help to predict curative effect and prognosis.
