hMLH1和Bax基因在食管不同病变组织中的表达及意义

摘    要:目的探讨Bax基因及错配修复基因hMLH1在食管不同病变组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法,检测正常食管黏膜上皮及食管不同病变组织中hMLH1和Bax的表达情况,并与临床病理参数作相关性分析。结果hMLH1在食管鳞状细胞癌中的阳性表达率显著低于正常食管黏膜组织、非典型增生组织和原位癌组织(P<0.05)。Bax在食管原位癌和食管鳞癌组之中的阳性表达率显著高于正常食管黏膜(P<0.05)。hMLH1和Bax在食管癌中的表达有明显相关性(P<0.05)。结论hMLH1基因突变与食管鳞状上皮癌变有关;Bax基因突变可能与食管鳞癌浸润有关。

Expression of hMLH1 and Bax in variant lesions of esophagus

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Bax and hMLH1 in variant lesions of esophageal mucosa epithelium. Methods The expression of Bax and hMLH1 in normal and variant lesions of esophageal mucosa epithelium were detected by immunohistochemistry, and analyzed the relationship with clinicopathological parameters. Results The positive expression rate of hMLH1 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was significantly lower than that in normal esophageal mucosa epithelium,atypical hyperplasia and carcinoma in situ(P 〈0.05 ). The positive expression rate of Bax in carcinoma in situ and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal esophageal mncosa epithelium (P 〈 O. 05 ). The expression of hMLH1 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma had close correlation with that of Bax. Conclusion hMLH1 gene mutation may be related with the carcinogensis of the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma;and Bax gene mutation may be related with the progression of the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
