| 摘 要： | 为制备ＥＢ病毒潜伏膜蛋白（ＬＭＰ）基因转基因小鼠，探讨ＬＭＰ的体内致瘤作用，本文构建了三种不同的ＬＭＰ基因转基因载体，即ｐＢＲ３２２ＭＴＬＭＰ，ｐＭｃｉ３ＬＭＰ和ｐＭＶＬＭＰｃｍｙｃ；并分别讨论了上述三种载体的特征及其应用前景
