Abstract:The dietary survey and the hemoglobin analysis were made of 414 children in a day nursery school.The results showed that the protein and iron intake was enough,but 12.9% of iron intake originated from animal products,the calcium,retinol,riboflavin,ascorbic acid intake was less than the recommended dietary allowance,he prevalence rate of anemin was 55.6% among the 414 children. The highincidence of anemia consisted with deficiency of ascorbic acid,retinol,riboflavin.The results showed that above three vitamins have effect in prevention and treatment of anemia. The resaonable diet structure was im port ant measure of decrease of prevalence rate of anemia in children.
