拇长屈肌腱断裂修复方法选择的探讨

目的]介绍拇长屈肌腱断裂的治疗方法。方法]共治疗拇长屈肌腱断裂15例，拇长屈肌腱断裂残端小于0．5cm，则给予切除，末节指骨钻孔钢丝缝合固定；肌腱断裂部位距掌指关节1cm以内，应用肌腱劈开延长，吻合口避开拇长屈肌腱鞘狭窄区；其余行直接吻接。结果]所有病例均获得满意疗效，无术肌腱粘连和断离的发生。结论]本方法修复肌腱获得了较好的效果，值得选用。

Options for the repair methods in the treatment of rupture of flexor pollicis iongus muscle tendon

Objective ] To introduce the methods of treatment of rupture of flexor pollicis longus muscle tendon. Method ] Fifteen patients with rupture of flexor pollicis longus muscle tendon were treated. The excision and fixation with drilling of the distal phalanx and steel wire suture were performed for the ruptures where the distance between the distal rupture end and the metacarpophalangeal joint was less than 0.5 cm. If the distance was between 0.5 cm and 1 cm, the tendon was split, the anastomosis was kept away from the flexor pollicis longus muscle tendon sheath. And for the rest patients, the direct anastomoses were performed. Result ] The satisfactory results were achieved in all cases, none of the patients has the adhesion of tendon.. Conclusion ] It is possible to treat the rupture of flexor pollicis longus muscle tendon successfully without the adhesion of tendon, if the proper method could be selected.
