红花水煎剂对肿瘤组织病理学改变及血管生成的影响

目的:研究不同剂量红花水煎剂对肿瘤组织病理学改变及血管生成的影响。方法:采用不同剂量的红花水煎剂给接种H22肿瘤细胞的荷瘤小鼠灌胃,10天后取肿瘤组织称重,计算抑瘤率。并制作石蜡切片,HE染色后观察肿瘤组织形态学变化,并用免疫组化的方法检测各组微血管密度(MVD)。结果:红花水煎剂灌胃后,各组肿瘤重量均减少,以中剂量组最为明显(P<0.05)。组织病理学有明显的形态变化,微血管密度明显减少(P<0.01)。结论:一定浓度的红花水煎剂可明显抑制肿瘤生长,其作用可能是通过抑制肿瘤组织血管生成实现的。

Effect of Decoction of Flos Carthami(红花水煎剂 ) on Tumor Histopathology and Angiogenesis

Objective:To study the effects of different dosages of Decoction of Flos Carthami on tumor histopathology and angiogenesis.Method:Intragastric administration with different dosages of Decoction of Flos Carthami was applied on tumor-bearing mice inoculated H22 tumor cell.10 days later the tumor tissues were weighed and the rates of inhibiting tumor were calculated.Paraffin sections were made and HE staining was done.Then the tumor histopathology changes were observed and microvessel density(MVD) in each group was detected by immunity histochemistry.Result:After intragastric administration with Decoction of Flos Carthami,tumor weights in every group were decreased,and those in the group of middle dosage done most significantly(P<0.05).Morphologic changes were obvious on histopathology and microvessel density(MVD) decreased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion:Decoction of Flos Carthami of specified dosage can inhibit tumor growth significantly.The effect is carried out probably by inhibiting tumor tissue's angiogenesis.
