肠及肠系膜囊性淋巴管瘤的CT表现

目的 探讨肠及肠系膜囊性淋巴管瘤的CT表现及鉴别诊断。方法 回顾性分析经手术病理证实的6例肠及肠系膜囊性淋巴管瘤CT资料。4例肠系膜囊性淋巴管瘤中，2例肠粘膜下囊性淋巴管瘤，均进行平扫，其中3例进行增强扫描；1例结肠粘膜下囊性淋巴管瘤进行保留灌肠CT平扫。结果 单房囊肿2例，多房囊肿4例，囊壁菲薄、光滑，有分隔4例，密度均匀5例，其中1例结肠粘膜下囊性淋巴管瘤并肠套叠，呈典型多房性囊肿，并见同心圆征及肠系膜血管进入征。手术病理证实空肠系膜2例，网肠系膜及结肠系膜各1例，十二指肠及结肠粘膜下各1例。结论 肠及肠系膜囊性淋巴管瘤是腹部少见囊性病变，多呈分叶状、多房性薄壁囊肿，CT能够准确地显示病变的形态学特征，并能够提供相应的诊断依据，帮助与其他囊性疾病鉴别。

CT Manifestation of Cystic Lymphangioma in Intestine and Mesentery

[ Objective] To explore the CT manifestation of cystic lymphangioma of intestine and mesentery. [ Methods] Retrospective study was conducted on the CT data of 6 cases of cystic lymphangioma of intestine and mesentery. Among 4 cases of lymphangioma of mesentery, 2 submucous lymphangioma were plainly scanned; 3 received reinforced scannig; 1 case of colonic submucous lymphangioma of mesentery received plain scan with retention enema. [Resets] 2 cases of unilocular cyst, 4 cases of plurilocular cyst, cystic walls were thin and smooth, 4 cases have divisions, and 5 cases have steady density, lease of colonic submucous lymphangioma of mesentery complicated with intussusception presented typical plurilocnlar cyst and appeared mesenteric vascular entrance sign. Operation and pathology proved that 2 cases belonged to jejunum mesentery, 1 case for colonic mesentery, retia mesentery, submucous membranes of duodenum and colon respectively. [ Conclsion] Cystic lymphangioma of intestine and mesentery is a rare cystic disorder of abdomen; most of them are multi - leaved and plurilocular thin wall cysts. CT scanning can precisely display the marphologic characteristic of the pathological changes, provide relevant diagnostic evidence and help to differentiate from other cystic diseases.
