| 摘 要： | 弥漫性血管内凝血是产科严重的并发症,可导致患者多脏器功能衰竭而危及产妇的生命。产科患者由于病情危急、复杂,恢复过程较长,在治疗过程中留置尿管是一项重要的临床护理操作。2002年6月～2006年5月通过开展循证护理,确定尿路感染为产科弥漫性血管内凝血患者的护理问题;检索文献,查找科学的护理方法,以提高其护理质量。循证护理对产科弥漫性血管内凝血患者尿路感染的预防具有积极的指导作用。

| Abstract: | Disseminated Vascular Coagulopahty (DIC) is one of the severe complications in obstetric department,which can lead to multiple organs failure and endanger patients' lift.Indwelled urethral catheterization is one of the most important procedures during the treatment of DIC.From June 2002 to May 2006,we applied evidence-based nursing in the nursing care of patients with DIC.We identified urinary tract infection as the important nursing problem, and reviewed the literatures to find out the most scientific nursing measures to improve the quality of nursing.This practice proved that evidence-based nursing was beneficial for the prevention of urinary tract infection in obstetric patients with DIC. |
