小切口非超乳白内障手术治疗的临床观察

目的探讨小切口非超乳手术治疗白内障的效果。方法对本院收治的100例120只眼老年性白内障分别进行小切口非超乳手术和超乳手术，观察比较术中后囊膜破裂，术后视力、角膜水肿、前房反应和后发性白内障发生。结果术中后囊膜破裂及术后2周视力比较，差异无显著性，但小切口非超乳手术角膜水肿较轻，且价格低廉。结论小切口非超乳手术具有损伤小、视力恢复快、价格低廉、便于在基层医院开展等优点。

Clinical Observation of Small Incision Nonphacoemulsication Surgeries in Patients With Cataract

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of the small incision nonphacoemulsification cataract extraction. Methods 100 patients （120 eyes）with cataracts who were admitted in our hospital under-went the small incision nonphacoemulsification cataract extraction and the phacoemulsification cataract extraction. The rapture of posterior capsule, the prolapse of vitreous, the visual sight, the corneal edema, the reaction of anterior chamber and the occurrence of after-cataract in two groups were compared and analyzed. Result The rup- ture of posterior capsule, the prolapse of vitreous and the visual sight two weeks after operation in two groups were not different significantly. The corneal edema and the price of operation were significantly lower in the small incision nonphacoemulsification cataract extraction group compared with the phacoemulsification cataract extraction group. Conclusion The small incision nonphacoemulsification cataract extraction have the advantages of small injury, the visual sight recovering quickly, lower price and being operated easily in the base hospital.
