| 摘 要： | 目的研究CD44V6和PCNA表达与食管癌分级、浸润、转移和预后的关系,以及CD44V6表达与PCNA表达的相互关系.方法应用微波-SP免疫组化法,检测65例食管鳞状细胞癌组织中CD44V6和PCNA表达水平.结果在食管癌中CD44V6和PCNA表达阳性率分别为58.5%和69.2%.CD44V6和PCNA表达均与肿瘤分级、浸润、淋巴结转移和预后相关.CD44V6表达与PCNA表达呈正相关(r=0.45,P<0.005).结论CD44V6和PCNA是食管癌高度恶性和预后不良的重要生物学指标.食管癌CD44V6和PCNA表达可能具有相互协同作用. |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the association of CD 44V 6 expression with PCNA in esophageal carcinoma.Methods Micorwave-SP immunohistochemical method was used to examine the expression of CD 44V 6 and PCNA in 65 specimens of esophageal carcinoma.Results The positive rates of CD 44V 6 and PCNA were 58.5% and 62.9% respectively.The expression of CD 44V 6 and PCNA were correlated with tumor grade,infiltration,lymph nodes metastasis and prognosis.The expression of CD 44V 6 was positively correlated with the expression of PCNA (r=0.45,P<0.005).Conclusions CD 44V 6 and PCNA are important to detmine the degree of malignacy and prognosis,and predict lymph nodes metastasis of esophageal carcinoma.There might be regulated interaction between CD 44V 6 and PCNA. |
