| 摘 要： | 目的：评价米氮平与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效与不良反应。方法：对104例抑郁症患者随机分为两组，分别给予米氮平和帕罗西汀治疗，疗程6周。用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、临床疗效总评量表(CGI)、副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。接近，但前者的不良反应少，尤其对性功能影响更小。结果：米氮平与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效结论：米氮平是一种安全有效的抗抑郁药。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare efficacy and side effects between mirtazapine and paroxetine in the treatment of depression. Method:104 outpatients with a diagnosis of depression were randomly assigned into mirtazapine group ( n=52 ) and paroxetine group ( n=52 ) for 6 weeks.The effects and side reactions were evaluated with Hamilton depression scale (HAMD),Clinical global impression (CGI) and treatment emergent symptom scale (TESS)before and after the treatment. Results:Findings indicated that efficacy of mirtazapine was similar to that of paroxetine,but the side effects of mirtazapine were less than paroxetine,particularly in the sexual function. Conclusion:Mirtazapine is an effective and safe antidepressant. |
