黄酮类化合物对心肌缺血的保护作用及其构效关系研究

摘    要:目的:以冠脉结扎诱发大鼠心肌损伤为模型探讨黄酮类化合物对缺血再灌注心肌的保护作用机制。方法:采用MDA、SOD和GSH-Px测定试剂盒分别测定了假手术组、模型对照组以及黄酮给药组的大鼠心肌血清中MDA含量、SOD活性和心肌匀浆中GSH-Px活性。结果:各给药组的SOD和GSH-Px活性均较模型对照组有明显升高。MDA含量明显下降。结论:黄酮类化合具有抗心肌缺血作用且与结构有密切关系。

Abstract:Object To investigate the effects of flavonoids on ischemia/reperfusion in rats.Methods The injured model was established by ischemia 10 min and reperfused 30 min in rats by LAD-occlusion. The malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutaes(SOD)of serum and GSH-Px of myocardial homogenate were measured.Results The results showed that flavonoids significantly lowered the content of MDA in serum and increase the activity of SOD and GSH-Px.Conclusion Flavonoids have the effects against ischemia/reperfusion injury in...
