| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨食管异物严重并发症的诊治经验。方法 通过对1979－1999年间所收治的食管异物中出现严重并发症的23例患者进行临床分析。结果 23例食管异物严重并发症，治愈16例（占69．57％），死亡7例（占30．43％）。结论 食管异物如不及时取出，可出现严重的并发症，甚至可导致死亡。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnostic and therapeutic experience of serious complications by foreign bodies in esophagus. Methods Twenty-three cases with serious complications by foreign bodies in esophagus from 1979 to 1999 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of the 23 cases, 16 ( 69.57% ) were cured and 7 ( 30.43% ) died. Conclusion Severe complications and even death may occur, if there is no early intervention to foreign bodies in esophagus. |
