血脂浓度与脂肪肝超声诊断的关系

目的探讨血脂浓度与脂肪肝之间的关系。方法于2003年6月—2007年10月对武警烟台疗养院疗养的876名疗养员的血清胆固醇、甘油三酯和肝脏B超检查结果进行统计分析。结果876例受检者高脂血症320例，检出率36．53％；脂肪肝264例，检出率30．14％。高脂血症组的脂肪肝患病率（48．75％）显著高于正常组（19．42％）。结论高脂血症（特别是甘油三酯增高）与脂肪肝关系密切，但并非唯一因素。脂肪肝的形成是多种因素作用的结果，脂肪肝的防治应综合分析病因施治。

Correlation Between Blood Fat Level and Ultrasonic Diagnosis of Adiposis Hepatica

[ Objective] To investigate the correlation between blood fat level and adlposis hepatica. [ Methods] Statistical analysis was made on the examination results of serum cholesterol level, triglyceride concentration and B-ultrasonography among 876 Convalescents in sanatorium from June 2003 to October 2007. [Results] Of 876 cases, 320 （36.53%） were hyperlipidemia, 264 （ 30.14% ） were adiposis hepatica. The morbidity of adiposis hepatica among the hyperlipidemia group was significantly higher than that in the normal group. [ Conclusion ] The hyperlipoidemia, especially the raise of triglyceride, is related closely to the adiposis hepatica, but not the only factor. The formation of adiposis hepatica is the result of multiple factors, and the prevention and treatments should combine with the comprehensive analysis of causes.
