| 摘 要： | 目的分析总结脑静脉窦血栓形成的MRI及MRV的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析本院经临床和影像学证实的12例脑静脉窦血栓形成患者的影像学资料，分析其MRI及MRV特点。结果12例患者中，急性期2例，呈T1WI等信号，T2WI低信号，亚急性期10例。MRI检查发现继发性脑损伤7例，MRV表现为静脉窦显影中断。结论MRI结合MRV对脑静脉窦血栓形的诊断具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the value of MRI and magnetic resonance venography(MRV) in the diagnosis of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis(CVST).Methods MRI and MRV findings were evaluated retrospectively in 12 patients with venous sinus thrombosis.Results The venous sinus was seen isointensive signal in T1WI and low signal in T2WI in 2 acute phase cases,while a high signal in T1WI and T2WI were seen in 10 patients with subacute phase.In 7 cases,cerebral lesions such as hemorrhage, infarction and edema could be demons... |
