| 摘 要： | 目的 研究轮状病毒(rotavirus,RV)非结构蛋白1(nonstruetural protein 1,NSP1)与种属限制性的相关性,探讨NSP1在RV种属限制性机制中的作用. 方法 对UniProt数据库中的RV NSP1 C末端、伞序列以及GenBank数据库中NSP1基因的3′端非编码序列利用DNAStar(Lasergene)7.1软件进行种属间和种属内的序列比对和进化树分析.结果NSF1种属间的多样性与RV宿主特异性一致,NSP1的C末端、NSP1基因3′端非编码序列与NSP1全序列种属内的一致性较高,且高于种属间一致性(P<0.01). 结论 NSP1与RV种属限制性密切相关.NSP1与宿主特异的干扰素调节因子3(interferon regulatory factor 3,IRF3)相结合的特性和RV的种属限制性相关,其结合区域可能是决定RV种属限制性的关键区域.,NSP1基因3′端非编码序列可能在基因水平参与调控RV种属限制性.
