胎儿和成年人的胃肠粘膜上皮细胞cAmp和cGmp的免疫组化观察

摘    要:从刮宫和水囊引产术取2—8胎月胎儿24例,从成年人胃肠患者手术远端取正常胃肠组织6例。采用SPA间接酶标免疫组化方法,显示胎儿的胃肠粘膜上皮细胞的cGmp—IR和cAmp—IR显色反应随胎龄月份增高逐渐加深,第七胎月后逐渐减弱接近成年人。胎儿的胃肠粘膜上皮细胞的基底端和游离端显色反应不同有极性。基底端显色较深游离端较弱。胎儿的胃肠粘膜上皮细胞cGmp—IR显色比cAmp—IR较强属cGmp>cAmp型。而成年人胃肠粘膜上皮细胞显色均较弱两者无差异属cGmp=cAmp型。成年人粘膜上皮细胞基底端和游离端显色近似,胎儿胃肠腺上皮比粘膜上皮显色较强和成年人近似。

Abstract:The normal gastro-intestinal tissue of twenty- four fetuses of two to eight months of agegot from operation D&C and induced by water sac, and six patients are studied with SPA-HRPand indirect immunoenzyme, methods in the present experiment. The cyclic GMP - IR and cyclic AMP- IR in the epithelial cells of gastro- intestinal mucosaincreased gradually with the fetal age. The strongest reaction in the fetues occured in theirfifth or sixth months, and decreased gradually after the seventh month. The reaction in the basalend of the epithelial cells was stronger than that on the free surface. The reaction onthe free surface increased with the fetal age, and after the fifth or sixth month,it gradually be-came similar to that in its basal end. The reaction of gastric gland and intestinal gland wasstronger than that of the mucous epithelial cells. The colour of cGMP-IR was stronger than thatof cAMP-IR in the epithelial cells of the gastrointestinal mucous membrane of the fetuses. The reaction of cGMP and cAMP in the epithelial cells of the gastro-intestinal mucocsa ofthe adults was weak and there was no difference between cGMP and cAMP. The reactions ofcGMP and cAMP in the basal end and on the free surface of the gastro- intestinal epithelialcells were similar, but the reaction in gastric and intestinal gland of adults was as strongas in the fetuses.
