| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨改进肠内营养灌注方法，减少并发症，加强营养。方法 对32例胃癌患者空肠营养管灌注营养液护理过程予以不断改进、总结。结果 本组32例患者术后营养状况普遍得到改善。结论通 过对患者心理护理，营养液灌注过程细节不断改进，减少了TNT并发症，保证了患者营养的供给，使得患者出院时营养状况得到改善。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss improvement enteral nutrition douche for strengthen nutrition and decrease complication. Methods Improvement and summarize nursing process for 32 cases gastric carcinoma , whichaffusenutrition by jejunum nutrition tube. Results There were evident effect to improve nutrition after operation in all cases. Conclusions Transit the mental nursing for patient and improvement perfusion detail , it decrease the complication of TNT, guaranteeing the patient supply of nutrition, and improve nutritional condition. |
