| 摘 要： | 目的探讨膈肌破裂的CT诊断价值。方法归纳18例膈肌破裂患者的CT表现与诊断,与手术作对比,分析两者的符合程度。结果大部分患者CT均显示膈肌中断、断端膈肌增厚等特征性征象,其中8例合并膈疝者CT均明确显示。CT对膈肌破裂诊断的敏感度为72%,特异度94%,准确度88%。结论 CT检查对膈肌破裂的诊断有重要帮助,应作为胸腹急诊患者术前检查的首选方法 。
