| 摘 要： | 目的 研究尖萼耧斗菜Aquilegia oxvsepala的化学成分。方法 尖萼耧斗菜全草乙醇浸膏，以石油醚、二氯甲烷、醋酸乙酯、丙酮提取，用硅胶柱色谱分离。结果 从尖萼耧斗菜全草分离得到9个化合物。根据波谱分析和理化数据，鉴定9个化合物分别为：α-棕榈精(α-十六碳酸甘油酯)(α-monopalmitin，hexadecanoic acid 2，3-dihy-droxypropyl ester，Ⅰ)。5-羟基-2-吲哚酮(5-hydroxy-2-indolinone，Ⅱ)，原儿茶酸丁酯(butyl protocatechuate，Ⅱ)，原儿茶酸甲酯(methyl protocatechuate，Ⅳ)，α，3，4，-三羟基苯丙酸(α，3，4-trihydroxy-benzenepropanoic acid，Ⅴ)，琥珀酸(succinic acid，Ⅵ)，以及黄酮类化合物木樨草素-3′-葡萄糖苷(luteolin 3′-O-β-glucoside，Ⅶ)，异金雀花素(isoscooarin，Ⅶ)，异荭草素(isoorientin，Ⅸ)。结论 所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
