阿托品AF-DX116对兔膈神经放电的影响

摘    要:在清醒,肌松切断双侧迷走神经家兔,记录膈神经放电,观察小脑延髓池注射阿托品0.05mg/kg,0.1mg/kg,AF-DX1160.1mg/kg都使膈神经放电脉冲计数增多,幅度变大。结果表明:阿托品兴奋呼吸中枢可能和AF-DX116一样,与阻断M_2受体有关。

Abstract:In conscious, ragotomized, curarized and artificaily ventilated rabbits , the efferent Phrenic discharge was recorded. When atroPine 0.05 or O.lmg/ kg, or AF-DX116 O.lmg/kg was injected into the cerebello-medullary cistern, the frequency and amplitude of Phrenic discharges were increased. These results indicate that atroPine' s action on respiration may be attributed to the Possibility that it blocks the inhibitory M2 cholinergic receptor in respiratory center.
