糖尿病合并肺结核降糖治疗现状调查

目的了解我院糖尿病合并肺结核患者糖尿病控制、治疗的状况。方法选2007年6月～2008年6月本院结核科住院治疗的糖尿病合并肺结核患者94例，回顾分析住院期间的降糖治疗资料，并采用门诊或电话随访方式了解其出院后的降糖治疗情况。结果79例患者出院前检测空腹血糖（FBG）为8．31±2．33mmol／L，36．71％患者的FBG〉8．3mmol／L；出院前检测餐后2h血糖（2h PBG）为12．70±2．42mmol／L，出院时39．24％患者达到糖尿病控制目标，相对来说FBG控制较好，2h PBG控制不理想。结论糖尿病合并肺结核患者住院期间FBG控制尚可，部分患者2h PBG达标不理想。表明治疗的糖尿病合并肺结核患者的总体糖代谢控制水平有待提高。

Investigation of clinical status quo of diabetic patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of diabetic patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital. Methods 94 cases of diabetic patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were selected from our tuberculosis department （from 2007 -6 to 2008 -6）. We reviewed the therapeutic data in hospital stay and followed up the therapeutic status by out-patient clinic or telephone calls. Results The FBG of 79 patients was 8.31 ±2. 33 mmol/L prior to discharge while 36.71% patients had FBG higher than 8.3 mmol/L. The 2 h PBG of 79 patients was 12. 70±2.42 mmol/L prior to discharge while 59.49% patients had FBG higher than 11.1 mmol/L. 39.24%. The patients had diabetic control. FBG was well controlled while 2 h PBG was not good enough. Conclusion The FBG of diabetic patients with pulmonary tuberculosis are well controlled in the hospital, and the 2 h PBG is not good enough. 39. 24% patients had diabetic control and 60. 76% patients are not. It concludes that the therapeutic efficacy of total glucose metabolism should be evaluated in diabetic patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital.
